ㅤthe story, thus far.ㅤ Born into the minor noble House Senaviev, to parents Lord Elias and Lady Taeler Senaviev, Ayleth is one of the two siblings, the other being his older sister Luceria. Having the same nameday as his late great-grandfather, the 11th Sun of the 1st Umbral Moon, he would take the honorary middle name of Ferdinand, in his family's hopes to live up to the reputation.
Growing up in Ishgard would have proved difficult for a Viera, if it wasn't for the House's respected reputation. Ayleth was treated as one of Ishgard's own, and due to his mother's position was a renowned scholar, he excelled in his early years of education up until his late teens. However, all good things eventually come to an end. The respect given would be exploited by a sixteen summer old Ayleth, who's ego had grown quite the amount. He'd become something of a trouble-maker amongst the young nobles, and landed himself in quite the trouble after a heated argument with a fellow young man regarding the Veena's ego. Lord Elias had grown sick of Ayleth's growing reputation to get into spots of trouble, and forced Ayleth into an ultimatum. Serve as a Temple Knight, or find his own way about Ishgard in the Brume. The young Veena didn't have much of a choice, and began his work, eventually becoming a Squire.Up until being granted his title of Knight a few years later, Ayleth learnt a lot about being humble, his ego definitely being checked as he was forced into a new style of life. He was quick to adapt though thanks to training from his father, a now retired veteran of the Dragonsong War, which Ayleth had now found himself involved in. For years, the Veena learnt a life of service to his city-state home and became a respectable young man out of it. He'd had plenty of run-ins with heretics and dragons alike, still the scars are visible on his body in the present day, all a stern reminder of the hardships of his service. All that would be proof to his higher ups of a potential line of leadership for the Veena, who'd earned the respect of his comrades-in-arms.As years passed, the news of the War coming to an end would be a welcome surprise to Ayleth, though it wouldn't be long until he found himself working with the newly forged Grand Alliance of Eorzea. Nominated by his fellow Knights, Ayleth was one of a few selected to accompany the Alliance on their ventures to new shores. He's since visited the Far East, Thavnair and even Garlemald. During this time, Ayleth had an aetherical awakening, learning that he was heavily aspected towards fire aether. With some assistance of friends and his own trial & error, he's become quite handy with the gift he was bestowed.Back in Ishgard, the Veena's reputation only further grew, allowing him to be appointed as Knight-Captain of a newly formed heavy-weapons Company, the 63rd. The Company has been involved in many expeditions across Eorzea and beyond, with Ayleth leading the helm.One of those expeditions would be assisting the Immortal Flames in Western Thanalan, Ayleth and his Company stayed in Ul'dah for some time. As it was his first time in the city, Ayleth was almost entirely lost... Had it not been for the help of a red-haired Rava who would send Ayleth on an entirely new adventure.In the present day, Ayleth still serves proudly as Knight-Captain of his Company, and represents his House proudly as the leading Knight in service. A new assignment has seen him as one of a few select Knights chosen to improve relations with other states, allowing him to travel freely to meet new faces and see the sights across the Star.
